I'm Jordan, owner and founder of JD Business Support. I specialise in providing expert Virtual Assistant services to individuals and organisations around the world.

I started my career many years ago when I began working as a trainee estate agent for the UK's largest property group.

 

I worked in the property industry for approximately six years and feel fortunate enough to have been consistently recognised as one of the top performing agents in the region.

 

I achieved a real sense of satisfaction helping people find their forever home and hold some fantastic memories of working in the industry.

 

However, later in my career, I ventured into the world of fintech and finance.

It was certainly different to what I was used to... but I loved it!

Within five years, I was leading a team of 200+ as the Operations Manager for the UK's largest fintech company and a Fortune 500 employer.

 

Working with well known high-street banks and familiar financial institutions, my team and I focused on providing the very best in customer service to over 2 million individuals.

Additionally, as the Head of Customer Care for a leading and long-established fashion brand, I led the 30+ team in providing world-class service to our international customer base.
